Buying, Selling or Renting

A TRREB Member REALTOR® is well equipped to provide expert advice and guidance to help buyers and sellers understand the real estate market. They have convenient access to a reliable and enhanced resource of essential data, stats, insights and services that respond to their clients current and anticipated future needs.

When you work with a REALTOR®, there are three things you can expect. First, your REALTOR® has completed all registration exams. Second, they passed a background check, and third, they are fully insured. You can make a formal complaint to a government regulator if you think a REALTOR® has acted improperly, and the regulator can take action, including revoking their license.

Buyers and sellers can also explore neighbourhood profiles across the Greater Toronto Area and view custom maps, thousands of original photos, historical sketches, neighbourhood overviews and more resources.
